INVESTMENT PROGRAMS COVERED
The Direct Investments Spectrum covers the investment arena consisting of non-listed real estate investment trusts (REITs), limited partnerships, limited liability companies (LLCs) and other direct investment programs. While most of these investment programs are publicly-held and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), they are not listed for trading on any recognized securities exchange. These investments are offered through registered securities brokerage firms.

After 32 years and 192 issues, the decision has been made to discontinue publishing the Direct Investments Spectrum newsletter. However, please be aware that Partnership Profiles will continue providing data for valuing minority/noncontrolling interests in real estate and other assets. In this regard, we plan to release new valuation data in the fourth quarter of this year as we have done in prior years. This data is available from our website at www.PartnershipProfiles.com.
